Every entrepreneur, even those who are already successful, can become more effective by cultivating a heart of a servant.

Leadership camps, entrepreneurship conferences, and organization building seminars help individuals become better leaders, effective self starters, and successful components of an organization. However, the folks most drawn to these events are typically already born with these skills. Though it is important for these individuals to continually grow and perfect these instincts, the most important skill for a “natural or born leader or entrepreneur” to learn is servant-hood. Serving does not typically come naturally nor is it usually a skill that this kind of individual desires to cultivate. Therefore the difference between an entrepreneur and a serventrepreneur® is that they are entrepreneurs that become more effective and find true success by cultivating a heart of a servant.
